If you’re happy running 5km and looking to perhaps pick up the pace but not go any further, why not join our 5km club? Each week we’ll run 5km, maybe incorporating some drills, hills and speed work along the way. But don’t let that worry you, ultimately, it’s about keeping it fun with speed coming in second place to pleasure.
Every Wednesday, we will meet at the cenotaph on Hale Road/top of Westgate, in Hale, at 7.30pm.
